ABOUT
SingleOps is business management software for tree care and arborist companies, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company says it has worked with arborists across North America since 2013. Since a November 2024 merger it has been part of Granum, which launched in October 2025 as the parent brand for SingleOps, LMN and Greenius and has offices in Atlanta and Toronto. Granum says more than 3,500 landscaping and tree care companies run on its platforms.
The software covers tree inventory (species, condition, risk and work history mapped to each property), estimating and options-based proposals, scheduling and routing, and digital crew work orders with notes, photos and checklists. It also includes invoicing with integrated card, ACH and debit payments, a client portal, email and texting, timesheets and job costing. It offers a two-way sync with QuickBooks Online, plus QuickBooks Desktop integration. For phones and tablets, SingleOps recommends its mobile browser version added to the home screen.
SingleOps publishes pricing in US dollars. Essential costs $200 per month billed annually or $220 monthly, Plus costs $350 or $385, and Premier costs $500 or $550. Additional office or sales users cost extra, and the pricing page states that crew users are free. Premier adds route optimisation, automations and business insights reporting, with GPS tracking as an add-on. Onboarding includes a dedicated implementation specialist, and demos are booked through the Granum website.
Ratings differ sharply by platform. As of October 2026, SingleOps was rated 4.4 out of 5 from 108 reviews on Capterra but had a Trustpilot TrustScore of 1.2 from 68 reviews, where recent reviews cite support and contract concerns.
