Arborgold

Arborgold is business management software for tree care, lawn care and landscaping companies. The company says it was established in 1994 by Jon and Donna Garner, and its website gives an address in South Jordan, Utah. Arborgold is part of Teamfront, an Austin, Texas-based group of vertical software businesses backed by Mainsail Partners, which acquired it in 2023. The cloud system covers CRM, estimating with remote land measurements, drag-and-drop scheduling, route optimisation, job management, invoicing with card, debit and ACH payments, crew time tracking, job costing and reporting. Higher tiers add renewals, material inventory, chemical tracking, plant and tree inventory mapping, sales automation and equipment maintenance tracking. Field teams use the Arborgold Crew app for iOS and Android, available in English and Spanish, and salespeople use a mobile estimator. Listed integrations include QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Twilio, SendGrid, SiteOne and LandscapeHub. Arborgold publishes three plans: Starter at $129, Professional at $299 and Enterprise at $499 per month on annual payment, or $149, $343 and $573 per month on monthly payment. All plans carry a 12-month minimum commitment, renew automatically and require 60 days' notice to cancel. Additional user licences are priced separately, and demos are available on request. Besides tree care, Arborgold targets plant health care, pest control and snow removal firms. It says the software can be used worldwide but only in English. As of October 2026 it was rated 4.3 out of 5 from 65 reviews on Capterra.
